At First Windsor, we do not believe in posting false rates to get you to call.  In today's market place, rates and programs are changing at lightening speed.  Frankly, posting a current rate will fit only about 10-12% of the people that apply.  There are many variables that go into what rate you qualify for.  For example:

    • Down Payment or Amount of Equity in your Home
    • Credit Profile
    • Income
    • Assets
    • Debt
    • Type of Home you own or are purchasing
    • Type of Mortgage Product
    • Income Flow (rental properties)
    • How long you intend to stay in the home/mortgage

There are many choices for mortgages today.  30 year, 20 year, 15 year, reverse mortgage and creative products such as the pick-a-payment loan.
